What Is Fire Alarm Monitoring?
A working fire alarm system alerts those in the building to the presence of a fire. However when the premises unattended or temporarily closed, the alarm can go unheard. With a fire alarm monitoring system in place, an alert can be automatically sent to the fire and rescue services via an alarm receiving centre (ARC).
Monthly checks
If your building has been closed for more than 3 weeks due to Covid-19, it is advised that you continue to do your monthly checks to ensure your business is protected against the threat of fire and theft during this time.
