In support of our client’s ambitious sustainability goals, our team was tasked to develop an innovation to significantly reduce water waste during sprinkler system maintenance.

Airbus is a CBRE customer, with whom Churches Fire & Security have a longstanding working partnership.

For this project we were working with CBRE, the facilities management company for Leeds Building Society. The end user, Leeds Building Society, needed a trusted company to take over the monitoring of their alarms. They were unsatisfied by their previous provider who was not fully compliant with industry standards and potentially leaving their sites at risk. Additionally, the existing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) were time-consuming resulting in operational inefficiencies. On top of these challenges, CBRE required the transfer to occur within a week – a timeframe significantly shorter than our typical 3-month transfer period.

Due to our existing relationship with CBRE, strong reputation for reliability and customer-centric services, we were approached for the takeover of monitoring for the customer, Leeds Building Society.

Since 2019, Churches Fire & Security has been providing vital fire safety services to an international automotive manufacturer at their West Midlands based facility. As technology leaders in their field, protection of their property and assets is a high priority.

Services provided include Fire Extinguishers, Sprinklers, a Fire Alarm System and Fire Alarm Monitoring.
