Our Compliance Focus
Our company is committed to ensuring the highest standards of health and safety by providing dedicated resources, including internal staff training and the support of a third-party SHE consultant. We actively participate in industry trade associations and working groups to stay at the forefront of best practices. Additionally, we hold third-party certification of our quality management system (ISO 9001) and are fully accredited by Altius. To enhance customer experience, we offer a customer portal that provides real-time access to all compliance documentation.

You may have noticed we have a new phone system that will ask you some questions prior to connecting with one of our team. Entering your verified Customer Number, Postcode and reason for your call will allow us to route you to the member of our team to best help you with your query first time.
Regular Assessment
As an active member of the FIA, we keep abreast of fire legislation changes and product developments, filtering key information across our company through our ongoing staff training. This staff training also focuses on key areas of professional development and allows us to better train staff to collaborate with our clients.
Our regular stream of customer feedback and Net Promoter Score (NPS) surveys enable us to establish areas for continuation and improvement in our services. Spotting what others miss, we do not just look at your current solutions, but look at what you need and will need in the future, growing your solution with your business. Our app has been specifically designed and purposed for use with our valued customers and is evolving to fulfil new requirements as they arise.
