Having been in business for over 30 years, we have been working diligently to reduce our environmental impact, with long and short term goals to achieve this. We have developed key initiatives and processes to reduce company waste, support our local communities and develop our employees, including:
- Reducing waste through recycling laptop parts
- Installing LED automated lighting in offices
- Locking and programming air conditioning units
- Enabling all employees to meet virtually
- Battery recycling bins available at our offices
- Supporting good causes regionally through sponsorship and donations
- Reducing paper wastage by operating paperless offices for over 10 years
Working Towards Net Zero
We are committed to taking immediate action to reduce our annual emissions and achieving Net Zero emissions by April 2045, five years earlier than the UK Government’s target. We aim to reduce emissions year-on-year to achieve:
- 51% reduction in our energy consumption, transport output and electricity usage
- Offsetting residual emissions to become carbon neutral via high-quality verified offsets
- 95% overall reduction in greenhouse gas emissions by 2045 via nature-based or direct air capture projects
