Our Technicians

ALL CHURCHES FIRE & SECURITY TECHNICIANS ARE HIGHLY QUALIFIED AND WELL-EQUIPPED WITH ALL THE TOOLS AND KNOWLEDGE THEY NEED TO KEEP YOU SAFE

Highly Trained Professionals

With Churches Fire & Security, you can be sure that all our services meet British Standard specifications where applicable, as our technicians are thoroughly trained to meet the highest standards and ensure correct operation of all systems. Each technician is DBS checked to work on any site or project, wears a distinctive uniform and carries ID for easy identification.

Churches Fire & Security technicians are held to the highest professional standards and we are proud of the work that they do. With experience working on a range of building types, our technicians are able to identify areas that require additional coverage if there have been any structural changes to the building. On their first fire safety services visit they complete a system condition report and a non-compliance survey to detail all systems and their status, to identify critical spare parts, and to build up a list of safety stock.

Nationwide Service

Churches Fire & Security have technicians located across the UK, each with a well-maintained van from our national fleet to ensure reliability. Every technician has a fully-stocked vehicle with the correct equipment, supplied by over 80 lockups that we have located throughout the UK. This means they are able to fix any problems on the first visit, wherever you are – saving you money on unnecessary extra callout fees. Our proactive approach to stock means that in an emergency this means you would not need to wait for the ordering in of extra parts.

Team Collaboration

Our technicians are supported by technical area team managers, the customer service team and account handlers. Experienced IFE registered fire risk assessors are always on hand to provide advice free-of-charge over the phone.

Quality Assured

An essential part of our service, our technicians make sure that your fire protection systems are installed and maintained to the highest standards. Our technicians will contact you to book a visit in advance and are always helpful and willing to work collaboratively with you on site. RAMS (Risk Assessment Method Statements) are provided and followed for all activities if required, detailing a step-by-step guide as to how a task or process is to be completed safely. With Churches Fire & Security, you can be confident that you are receiving expert, up-to-date support at all times.
