General Company Benefits (all staff)

Key benefits provided for all staff at Churches Fire include; regular training programmes, a generous holiday allowance, competitive salaries, and a company pension scheme. Alongside this, we have regular social outings and our much-loved company party. In 2018, we held FireFest II; our second company-wide festival in as many years for all of our key stakeholders.

Office staff

Churches Fire’s office staff are based in our state-of-the-art Head Office, which includes a studio area and breakout room with pool table, table tennis and table football. Hot and cold drinks are provided, alongside a weekly delivery of fresh fruit and biscuits.

Your health and wellbeing are important to us. We have an eye care plan and cycle to work scheme. Each office member is entitled to 22 holiday days plus eight bank holidays. You are also able to enjoy taking your birthday off. We reward commitment and longstanding service to our company by providing additional holiday days for company members of five and 10 years of service.

EBT Scheme

The Performance Bonus Plan, will be run on a points system. Points will be awarded to individuals for hitting targets, exceeding targets, good attendance, appraisal scores and for just being here! Additional points will be awarded at the discretion of the committee that administers the Plan. Full details of the awarding of points will be provided during your induction to the company. The Company reserve the right to change the awarding of points from time to time.

Technician Benefits

Our technicians are supplied with everything they may need to get the job done and more. From company uniform to an untracked company van, our technicians are well-equipped to be on the road and receive a full tool kit, company tablet, and laptop (if alarm technician). We offer a broad range of internal and external training opportunities throughout the year to enable skills progression, and provide 20 holiday days, in addition to eight bank holidays.

Providing personal development, training and learning opportunities to our staff is a valued company attribute of Churches Fire.

Our comprehensive training paths, tailored to specific roles within the business, support continued personal development allowing us to grow our team. Training requests can always be openly discussed with line managers, who are supportive of development opportunities, both internal and external.

We have a dedicated training team in place to support the logistics surrounding training who, each year, run annual Health & Safety Training sessions to ensure the safest working environment for all employees.
