Through our comprehensive program, trainees learn how to service and maintain a variety of lifesaving and property protection systems to the highest standard.
Upskilling The Industry
Our program is designed to fill the skills gap in the fire and security industry by providing structured hands-on learning and classroom sessions for both existing Churches employees and newcomers to the trade. Current employees have successfully transitioned from being full-time fire extinguisher technicians to expanding their knowledge to include the workings of fire and intruder alarm systems.
At Churches Fire & Security Training Academy, we are renowned for our first-time fixes, ensuring that our technicians can efficiently provide maintenance for multiple amenities in a single service visit, ultimately saving time and money for our customers.
Industry Led-Learning
To meet the demand for skilled experts in the industry, our program offers four to five months of dedicated learning that delves into how fire and security systems operate. Our dedicated Technical Service Managers provide hands-on knowledge and in-depth lessons on British Standards, setting a solid foundation for all learners.
Our comprehensive training program covers a range of disciplines and helps to upskill our existing team as well as providing new opportunities to people new to the industry. Upon completion of the module-based program, all students will attain a level three qualification recognised by the Fire Industry Association (FIA) and begin their careers as fully trained Electrical Systems Technicians.
Honoured Apprenticeships
As an organisation committed to growth and development, Churches Fire & Security honours apprenticeships taking place at acquired companies. Apprentices from these acquisitions are encouraged to continue their learning through our Academy, with oversight and sign-off by our Technical Service Managers upon completion.

Upon completion, you will achieve industry-recognised qualifications and gain insight into the British Standards that govern our work.
