Our Alarm Receiving Centre is no different – the monitoring we carry out is NSI Gold Accredited and operates to the most up-to-date British Standard EN 50518:2019+A1:2023.
With these levels of accreditation in monitoring, alarm handling and management systems, our working practices are subject to regular review and auditing to ensure we are meeting the required standards.
With your premises being monitored 24/7, you can be confident that every alarm trigger – whether genuine or in error – will be dealt with swiftly and calmly.
ARC Operation
Based in a protected Churches location, our state-of-the-art centre is accessed only by colleagues with the correct level of security clearance. Our trained handlers work shifts in rotation to oversee customer CCTV systems, fire and intruder alarms and sprinkler systems every day of the year, including holiday periods.
The alarm alerts and triggers received at the centre are quickly verified before our handler makes contact with the property owner, key holders and the emergency services, if applicable
