In accordance with the NSI, the widely recognised name in security certification and approval, we have updated our security servicing tolerance*.
What does this mean for your security servicing?
With the service allowance extended to meet the industry standard, Churches Fire & Security technicians will be afforded additional time to complete planned preventative maintenance.
These planned maintenance works can be safely carried out during the calendar month immediately prior to, or after, the due month. These works will still be regarded as being carried out on time, and will not affect your compliance to the maintenance and servicing of your security provisions.
For example, if servicing is due on 1st May, we will be able to complete this anytime between 1st April to 1st June.
Rest assured that should your business be contractually obliged to adhere to a one-month tolerance for your security services, this will be honoured.
If you have any queries regarding your planned preventative maintenance, please reach out to your Key Account representative.
*Please note that the two-month allowance applies to security servicing only.
