We are writing to inform you of an important update regarding our service charges.
From 15 June 2026, a temporary fuel surcharge of £5 per site visit, plus VAT, will be applied to applicable service visits and callouts.
Over recent months, businesses across the UK have experienced significant increases in operating costs, particularly in relation to fuel, transport and logistics. Ongoing global events and wider market uncertainty continue to impact these costs, placing increasing pressure on organisations that operate nationwide service fleets.
Throughout this period, we have worked hard to absorb these rising costs and minimise their impact on our customers. However, after careful review, we have reached a point where continuing to absorb these increases is no longer sustainable without affecting our ability to maintain the level of service our customers expect.
The temporary fuel surcharge of £5 per site visit, plus VAT, has been calculated as a contribution towards the additional fuel and vehicle-related costs associated with delivering our services nationwide. It does not fully recover the increase in costs we have experienced, but instead helps us continue providing the responsive, reliable service that our customers depend upon.
Our aim is to always provide you with an unrivalled quality of service, giving you peace of mind that whenever you need us, we will be available. This includes both your scheduled maintenance visits and emergency callouts, which we provide 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
The surcharge will be applied per site visit where applicable and will appear as a separate line on invoices for complete transparency.
As market conditions improve, we will continue to review the surcharge and its necessity. As a temporary measure, it will remain under regular assessment to ensure it reflects prevailing operating costs and is only applied for as long as required.
We would like to thank you for your continued support, loyalty and understanding. We greatly value your business and remain committed to delivering the dependable, high-quality service you expect from us.
Should you have any questions regarding this change, please contact your usual account manager or our customer service team.
