We were proud to attend the CBRE Innovation Challenge 2026 Finals in London, joining an inspiring group of innovators from across the industry. The event brought together forward-thinking organisations, all focused on shaping the future of facilities management through practical, scalable solutions.
Hosted by CBRE, the Innovation Challenge is designed to spotlight new ideas that can transform how buildings are managed and maintained. It provides a platform for collaboration between suppliers, clients, and industry experts.
This year’s competition centred around four key categories, each reflecting the evolving priorities of the built environment:
- Safety and wellbeing – Enhancing protection, compliance, and the overall experience of building occupants
- Smart and sustainable solutions – Supporting the journey to net zero through technology, energy efficiency, and environmental innovation
- Soft services – Improving service delivery through smarter, more responsive solutions
- Operational efficiencies – Streamlining processes, reducing costs, and driving performance improvements

Each finalist got the opportunity to present their innovations to two boardrooms of CBRE stakeholders, showing the real impact of their solutions that deliver measurable benefits for clients and how this could be applied to CBRE customers.
The event was a fantastic opportunity to connect with peers, exchange ideas, and explore how collaboration can accelerate progress across the sector. From sustainability-driven technologies to smarter service models, the breadth of innovation on display highlighted just how rapidly the industry is evolving.
Attending the finals was a valuable experience for our team, reinforcing our commitment to innovation and continuous improvement. We were proud to share our innovation which was a collaborative partnership with one of CBRE’s clients to help meet their water specific sustainability goals.
