Overview
Building on an existing maintenance relationship via a Facilities Management Provider, CFS delivered a seamless transition to a full installation project, ensuring the site was secure, compliant and ready for occupation.
Solution
Following detailed surveys and a full security risk assessment in accordance with DD CLC/TS 50131-7, CFS delivered a tailored solution including:
- CCTV system designed for effective surveillance and crime prevention
- Networked IP access control system managing multiple entry points
- Grade 3 intruder alarm system with dual path signalling
- Integrated fire alarm system upgrade
All systems were designed to work seamlessly together, ensuring compliance, reliability and ease of use.
Delivery
A dedicated Project Manager ensured the project was delivered on time and in line with Rolls-Royce’s occupation deadlines.
Regular communication and coordination with stakeholders enabled efficient installation, while strict health and safety procedures – including RAMS and ongoing site reviews – were maintained throughout.
The Outcome
CFS delivered a fully integrated fire and security solution, enabling Rolls-Royce to safely occupy and operate within their new facility. This included all relevant training on how to use the systems, including testing and operation, and a copy of the ‘as installed’ drawings were provided.
