The Project
Forming a partnership with Churches Fire & Security following an acquisition in 2019, we have maintained fire and security services in accordance with the latest British Standards. Working across a large number of locations for Fresh Property Group, we developed a planned maintenance schedule to suit the needs of the client and ensure compliance.
Operating within one of our key industry sectors, we are aware of the potential challenges faced when managing a large number of housing units. The open communication lines between Fresh and our dedicated Account Handlers allows for a flexible and responsive relationship, providing assurance that works and emergency call outs are dealt with within the agreed service agreements. This allows for efficient site visits and consolidated account management.
Special Requirements
We arrange site attendance via our scheduling team with confirmation of an attendance date, suitable for all concerned and the technician will contact the site again prior to attending ensuring access remains convenient and there are no issues with the stakeholders on site. We also have access to the customers help desk which we support with site attendance.
