Charlotte acts as our Customer Services Manager, responsible for ensuring all existing customers experience industry-leading level of service. She also makes sure that all new customers are onboarded and mobilised efficiently.
Daniel Youngs – Service Director
Daniel ensures we are providing industry-leading, compliance-led technical service delivery to all customers. He is responsible for managing our Service Delivery Managers.
Ian Panter – Sales Director
Responsible for sales team performance, Ian is focused on Churches Fire’s growth with both new and existing customers, in line with our company vision and values.
Ian Sykes – Service Manager
Managing the Area Team Managers, Ian is responsible for day to day management of the national technician base across all service and maintenance disciplines.
Lee Tompkins – Contracts Department Manager
Our Projects Manager, Lee, is responsible for the complete design and delivery of customer installation projects across all of our product disciplines.
Lorna Hayes – Managing Director
Our Managing Director, Lorna, has the overall responsibility for Churches Fire strategy, customer delivery, and operational performance.
Magdalena Kopij – Finance Manager
Churches Fire day to day financial operations are managed by our Finance Manager, Magda. Magda manages financial accounts, payroll, and credit control teams.
Martin Cannon - Financial Planning and Analysis Manager
Responsible for management accounts and data analysis within Churches Fire; Martin provides an accurate reporting service for the Directors and Management team.
Natalie Potter – Compliance Manager
Natalie is responsible for ensuring Churches Fire’s compliance, including third party accreditations, health and safety, and training. Her work includes management of Fire Risk Assessments and Training.
Nikki Harman – Marketing Manager
Responsible for Churches Fire marketing and digital strategy and execution; Nikki has specific focus for ongoing customer communications and retention via social media, content and quality customer engagement.
Paul Topley – Executive Chairman
Responsible for Churches Fire company vision and active role in M&A activity, Paul chairs our management board of Directors.
Richard Haynes – Commercial Director
Responsible for defining and executing the Churches Fire growth strategy, Richard manages our Sales, Marketing and Key Accounts teams.
Simon Burns – Finance Director
Simon has the overarching responsibility for ensuring that Churches Fire meets its financial obligations to all customers, staff, suppliers and investors. He manages our M&A and FP&A teams.
Sophie Hurley - Fleet and Purchasing Manager
Sophie is responsible for maintaining the fleet of vehicles and managing the warehouse team ensuring technicians are always operational and can deliver industry-leading level of service to customers.
Stephen Riley – Mergers and Acquisitions Director
In line with our growth plan, Stephen is responsible for identifying and engaging potential Churches Fire acquisition targets, leading due diligence activities.
