Saturday 8th March marks International Women’s Day 2025 – a global celebration and recognition of the great women in the world. We take great pride in recognising the exceptional women who have made contributions to the success and growth of Churches Fire & Security. Here we are honoured to highlight some of the talent and accomplishments of the women within our own organisation.
Embracing Leadership and Empowerment
At Churches Fire & Security, we are committed to fostering a culture of equality and empowerment, and we proudly acknowledge the substantial impact of women in various senior leadership positions within our organisation. Their leadership and dedication have been instrumental in driving our success and shaping the future of our company.
In addition to our female leaders, we hold a great pride in commending the professional accomplishments of numerous women across our team. It is with great pleasure that we celebrate their contributions and successes.
Celebrating Milestones and Commitment
This year, we commemorate the outstanding dedication of Donna Jenks and Jane Plummer who have respectively marked 15 and 10 years of invaluable service with us here at Churches Fire & Security. Their unwavering commitment and expertise have contributed to the growth and success of their teams and our overall organisation. We would like to celebrate their continual dedication.
Empowering Development
Here at Churches, we recognise the importance of continuous learning and career development, by providing opportunities for our team to upskill and thrive within the industry. We take immense pride in the recent achievement of Kayleigh Tranter, who completed her level 2 apprenticeship as a Customer Service Practitioner, setting a strong foundation for her continuing her career growth within the industry.
Similarly, our National Account Manager, Lia Butler, completed an FIA course earlier this year, furthering her knowledge and expertise in providing exceptional expert service to our customers. These accomplishments not only reflect the commitment of our team members but also embody our unwavering dedication to enhancing industry knowledge and expertise.
Nurturing Careers and Promotion of Talent
We firmly believe in promoting of internal talent and nurturing career growth from within our organisation.
We were lucky enough to have Rebecca Hall join us from one of our acquisitions, a number of years ago. With over 10 years industry experience, Rebecca joined our dedicated team as a National Accounts Executive, looking after some of our key customer accounts. Her dedication and expertise have led to her expansion from managing key customer accounts to now overseeing her own team of National Account Executives.
Additionally, Katie Goddon’s appointment as our ESG Co-ordinator is a testament to our commitment to recognising and promoting talent within our team. Her initiatives, such as the blood donation scheme, exemplify our team’s dedication to creating a positive impact both within and beyond our organisation.
Recognising Excellence and Dedication
The commendable feedback received internally from our team members and the accolades from our customers are a testament to the hard work and dedication, continually exhibited by our team at Churches Fire & Security. The recognition and appreciation for our team’s efforts inspire us to continue providing the best possible service and support to our customers across the UK.
As we celebrate the achievements and contributions of women on this day, we express our gratitude to all of the remarkable women within our organisation.
