Assured Fire & Security Integration FAQ

Assured Fire & Security will soon be fully integrated into Churches Fire & Security.

We have noted frequently asked questions in order to ensure a smooth transition.

If you are an existing Churches Fire & Security customer, you may disregard these questions.

Who is Churches Fire & Security?

Churches Fire & Security is a national fire safety company dedicated to helping customers protect their staff, visitors and property from the risk of fire.

We offer a full range of quality fire and security services including gas and kitchen suppression, fire alarms, emergency lighting, dry risers & fire hydrants, fire extinguishers, sprinkler systems, fire door, fire risk assessments, fire training, intruder alarms, CCTV systems and access control.

Will the Assured telephone number stay the same?

Yes. Please continue to phone through to the same number for Assured. If you are logging an emergency call out with us, our preferred method of contact is telephone to ensure we get technical assistance to you as quickly as possible.

How do I log an out-of-hours call out after the transition?

For any emergency call outs, please call us on the same number and speak to our out-of-hours emergency team. Please note emails are not monitored between 5pm and 9am.

Do I need to set up Churches Fire & Security as a contractor/supplier?

Yes. If you have a system that records which contractors you can use, please can we ask that you set us up as soon as possible. If you require company details and/or subcontractors forms, please email all details to customer.services@churchesfire.com.

Can I change bank details before the integration?

You may change the details one day prior to the integration, but we ask that you do not do it any sooner. Churches Fire & Security will still have access to Assured’s bank account for a period of time to check for any payments made after the integration.

Will you still see the same Assured technician?

Whilst Assured technicians are moving over to Churches Fire & Security, you may see a different technician attend your site. You can be confident that the technician will be briefed with all the appropriate information on our handheld devices, and will continue to ensure work at your premises is carried out to the correct British Standards.
