Churches Fire acquires WMS (Central) Ltd and further reinforces national presence.

Churches Fire, a nationwide company dedicated to supplying customers with the best fire protection and compliance solutions, are excited to announce the recent acquisition of WMS (Central) Ltd; a leading service provider in specialist fire detection, nurse call, access control and fire extinguishers within the care sector throughout the UK.

WMS (Central) Ltd have a formidable reputation for reliability and technical competence and have been performing at the highest level for over 25 years. The business was founded by the directors with the aim of providing a thorough and efficient service and to create a good working relationship with all customers. These values are aligned with that of Churches Fire, where the acquisition builds upon their existing strength by providing an enhanced presence within the UK care sector.

Churches Fire provide services to over 30,000 sites countrywide. For over 25 years they have been enabling UK businesses to better protect their staff, visitors and assets helping them reduce the risk of fire. From large well-known corporate businesses to smaller, local businesses Churches Fire offer a full range of fire safety services such as fire extinguishers, sprinkler systems, fire alarms, fire doors, emergency lighting and suppression systems removing the need to go to a third party. All services are independently accredited.

WMS (Central) Ltd will be Churches Fire’s 21st acquisition and follows the earlier acquisition of Fire Safety Services in spring 2018. Both combined support their buy and build strategy to become one of the largest, most professional fire safety providers in the UK.
