The starting point for all fire precautions activity. Without a Fire Risk Assessment how can we identify the specific risks and therefore determine the necessary action to take? Quite simply we can’t. That is why the government has put Fire Risk Assessments at the very heart of the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order.
Churches Fire Security’s team of Fire Risk Assessors are qualified to the highest possible standards. Usually time served Fire Officers they all hold independent qualifications and are fully competent to take on the “responsible persons” legal commitments.
We use the PAS 79 format for Fire Risk Assessments as adopted and approved by the BSI.
The Fire Risk Assessment must cover the following points:
1 Identify fire hazards
• Sources of ignition
