Progression is a core value here at Churchesfire, so the next obvious step for us was to start introducing apprentices into our workforce.  We have an excellent existing team of professionals throughout the company, who are ready to pass on invaluable knowledge to individuals looking to gain insight and experience in their chosen fields. 

In 2017 the directorate decided that a key strategic step in the Churchesfire people agenda, would be to introduce a Technical Apprenticeship Programme.  This has already begun and we are currently starting to accept applications for Fire Alarm Apprentices. 

As a business we pride ourselves on our quality, as well as our ability to deliver planned preventative maintenance and an outstanding first time fix rate to our customers.  Whilst we maintain a high applicant attraction rate, in a candidate led market, it has become a struggle to also maintain our high technical ability standards and find a hopeful who fits our core values. As the company continues to use traditional recruitment routes, we know that adding to the personal growth and progression of individuals, whilst reigniting the market with fresh talent, is an exciting step for both Churchesfire and the Fire Security Market as a whole.
