Lorna Hayes, CIPD

Lorna brought extensive HR knowledge to Churchesfire having previous experience in the field in both the private and public sector. As well as heading up our HR Team she is also responsible for the Customer Service, Sales and Marketing teams.  Lorna is also a member of the strategic management team focusing on the company’s direction and achieving our goals. Lorna has a particular interest in the way HR can help shape a company’s values and strategic outputs, as well as a focus on employee engagement.
